Mr. McGaugh graduated from UC Davis with Bachelor's Degrees in Political Science & African American Studies. He is an active member at Life Pointe Eastside Church (which meets in the Performing Arts Center at Woodland Christian on Sundays at 10am) where he serves on the Usher/Security Team and occasionally sharing the weekly announcements. He enjoys good coffee (dark roast; no cream or sugar), reading with a pen & highlighter (usually a classic work of literature or a book related to Psychology or Theology), and watching great movies (usually films directed by Wes Anderson or Terrence Malick). What excites him about teaching at Woodland Christian is the unique opportunity to integrate the academic study of great books, films, and social sciences with Christian theology. This year, he is particularly excited about the new Sociology course that he will teach. Feel free to contact Mr. McGaugh by emailing him at zmcgaugh@woodlandchristian.org.
